Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Charleston Shoe Co. purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date for unworn footwear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place your unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer, then affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
