How do I determine my correct size in Charleston Shoe Co. styles?
Our shoes generally run true to size; however, many of our elastic styles are available in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, we typically recommend sizing up for the best fit.
Are your shoes machine washable?
Yes! Many of our signature hand-sewn styles are machine washable. We recommend washing them on a cold, gentle cycle and allowing them to air dry away from direct sunlight.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
